Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, your job duties will include:

- Managing accounts receivables including credit card payments and refunds
- Allocate customer payments to debtor's accounts according to the remittance advice
- Receipting, allocating and reconciling debtors
- Monitor customer accounts and liaise with customers to settle within credit terms and limits
- Issuing of customer invoices weekly and end of month statements in accordance with agreed timetables
- Communicate any identified issues or concerns with customer invoicing in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively any potential debt risks to the SS Manager and plan escalation of actions
- Regularly update and maintain debtors and stop trade reports
- Support Finance Team and Sales Managers with customer queries and claims in a timely manner
