**The company**

Unique Auto Parts are one of the largest importers of European Spare Parts in Australia, with five locations across three states and rapidly growing.

**Responsibilities as dispatch assistant**

We currently have a vacancy for a dispatch assistant to join our growing warehouse team based at our busy head office in Dandenong.

Responsibilities include:

- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing invoices and other documentation
- Preparing parcels and paperwork for external couriers
- General warehouse duties

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual who is physically fit and can keep a cool head working a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Must have problem solving abilities and be able to prioritize
- Must be dedicated and willing to work as part of a team
- Must be computer literate with good attention to detail particularly with numbers
- Previous warehouse experience working in a similar role will be highly regarded.
