The Head of eCom Customer Fulfilment & Operations - CFCs & eStores will report into the Director of eCom Customer Fulfilment & Operations. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce.

**What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for supporting the eCom Strategy, building and executing the eCom Customer Fulfilment operating plan and lead a large team (and growing) across our fulfilment network. You will also:

- work with a range of support functions across WooliesX, Supermarket Operations, People Team and the wider Woolworths Group
- partner with up and downstream value chain partners, our automation future network teams, and other external partners.
- achieve optimal safety and operational outcomes by ensuring effective processes and procedures
- enhance the customer and team experience, and optimise financial and operational performance. be accountable for the delivery of all eCom measures of success, such as a consistent customer experience, productivity, and overall P&L profitability

**What you’ll bring
You’re an inspiring and visionary leader with an exceptional ability to influence, adapt and build strong relationships and strong teams. You will also:

- be collaborative, authentic, connected and warm leader that is naturally curious with the ability to lead, influence and engage a large range of stakeholders
- champion a culture of customer-first outcomes, high performance and continuous improvement
- experience leading large teams in a highly matrixed and complex retail, FMCG or logistics.
- excellent commercial acumen and communication skills, including P&L management experience use data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and prioritise issues to make effective decisions.
