**About our Role**:
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic and growing business.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager - Retail, Digital and Emerging Categories, you will be a trusted business partner to the Retail Sales, Digital, and Emerging Categories teams, providing financial information and insights to support effective management and strategic decision-making across the Commercial function.

This will include being responsible for providing insights and support to positively impact business performance for key categories and customers - such as our growing Birds Eye Plant-Based Protein range - as well as to drive digital transformation and accelerate online sales expansion.

**What will you do**:

- Partner with the Retail Sales team in the development and execution of the channel strategic priorities across categories and customers, providing commercial insights on the drivers of category/customer performance and profitability
- Develop robust financial modelling to support the delivery of commercial value including through customer negotiations, new contracts, and product launches (NPI)
- Partner with the Commercial Digital team to support the digital transformation agenda and the development and execution of the Retail eCommerce growth strategy
- Provide financial decision support and insights to support development of strategic priorities and long-term financial plans for emerging categories
- Support for budgeting, forecasting and performance management, including promotional spend effectiveness and trade spend efficiency
- Build financial awareness and knowledge across the Commercial team and provide thought leadership on matters impacting financial performance

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex and large organisation ideally within FMCG and/or Retail
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent presentation and visualisation skills (story telling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines and influence others to meet deadlines
