**Intercept Youth and Family Centre in Caboolture** is a community organisation that provides early intervention and prevention services for young people and their families in the Moreton Bay region.

**About the role**:
The Coordinator - Youth and Family leads a multi-disciplinary team across two Lutheran Services sites - Intercept Youth and Family Service in Caboolture & Bridges Reconnect, based out in Woodridge.

Working across one or both of these services, the person in this role will provide practice guidance and program development support to programs within the Child, Youth and Families stream of Lutheran Services Youth Services.

**About you**:
To be successful for this role you will have significant experience within the community services industry, with a focus on supporting vulnerable youth, as well as their families/carers.

In addition you will have:

- A degree in a relevant Human Services field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ previous experience in a similar leadership position.
- Experience in community engagement and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A current Queensland driver’s licence.
- The ability to maintain a Working with Children check (blue card).
