The Sarina Russo Institute (SRI), a division of the Sarina Russo Group, has established itself as an industry leader in education, training, recruitment and job creation. We deliver industry focused accredited and non-accredited training, mentoring and job placement services.

SRI is looking for an experienced, passionate and qualified Trainer to deliver and assess Diploma of Leadership and Management - both face to face in a classroom setting from our Brisbane office & online and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business online.

This is a casual role working Monday to Friday 20 - 25 hours per week.

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification TAE40116 or equivalent
- Experience working as a Trainer and Assessor in a similar capacity.
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Energetic and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels.
- Able to follow policies & procedure, and fulfil compliance requirements as directed by the RTO.
- Self-directed with good time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Confidence in the use of online platforms and engaging students through digital tools.
- Professional presentation.
