**Position Overview**:
We are seeking qualified, passionate, and self-motivated Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess the following courses:

- Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
- Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (Telecommunication and Network Engineering)
- Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver quality training and assessment in accordance with the requirements of the relevant training package.
- Provide support and guidance to students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, with a focus on overseas students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain currency in both industry and vocational education.
- Ensure compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational education and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in both VET and industry areas.
- Ability to support and manage students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, with a focus on overseas students.
- Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate training and assessments.

**Desirable**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Membership in relevant industry associations.
- Experience with online learning platforms and digital literacy.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to student success.
- Strong industry experience with the ability to relate real-world scenarios to training.
