**About the Role**

The Coordinator Open Space Maintenance provides supportive leadership to a team of over 30 professionals looking after the maintenance of Council’s open space infrastructure including parks, gardens, sports fields, and natural reserves. In addition, the role is responsible for leading long-term planning and strategies for the delivery of open space maintenance services, with a focus on business improvement and growth to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is provided to the organisation and community.

They will have strong communication skills with experience supporting team members and teams to guarantee the achievement of individual and/or team goals.
They will also have experience in planning, organising, costing works, and reporting and have a continuous improvement mindset.
