**The Role**
The HR Business Partner Branch is looking for HR leaders with demonstrated experience providing strategic HR advice to customers. Working across different Groups and Services in Defence, HR Business Partners work as part of an agile team that is responsive to customers. The ability to engage with senior leaders, provide strategic advice and influence outcomes is core to the success of these roles, as is the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across various Centres of Excellence within People Group.
**About our Team**
The HR Business Partner Branch comprises around 30 professionals and provides a valuable connection between Defence People Group and senior leaders in seventeen Groups and Services within Defence. Working across strategic themes such as attraction, retention, building manager/leader capabilities and workplace culture, the Branch works with customers to develop and implement strategic HR strategies that contributes to effectively to Defence capability.
