- Full-time (76 fortnightly hours) based at Clarence Gardens over a 7-day roster

**About the Opportunity**

As a dedicated and compassionate Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support to our stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to our organisations mission of making a positive impact on the community we service.

Working closely with the Home Services Leads, you will ensure open communication to translate data driven insights that inform day to day resourcing priorities, this role is vital for ensuring client request and requirements for services are met and defined within the service level agreements.

**About You**

You are highly customer-centric with a commitment to providing exceptional service to those around you.

You can adapt to the changes around you and priorities tasks / deadlines.

It would be helpful if you had experience and/or knowledge of Home Care Packages and have excellent admin/ computer skills.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are empathetic and hold a genuine desire to help and support others in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
