Your expertise in tax law will be essential in navigating complex legal landscapes, delivering strategic advice, and providing innovative solutions to our diverse client base. This role not only demands a high level of technical skill and legal acumen but also leadership qualities that can inspire and elevate a team of dedicated professionals.

**About you**:

- A proven track record of excellence in tax law, with at least 10 years of experience in a reputable law firm or legal department.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
