**About the Role**:
As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting leads into long-term customers. This is a hands-on role where you will drive both B2B and B2C sales, offering a range of products such as wrought iron components and gate hardware to builders and manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential customers and exchange business details.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery.

**About You**:

- Experience in sales, or experience in the trade relating to fence and gate hardware.
- Results driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Own a vehicle and devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.) for sales activities and customer follow-ups.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
