Location**:ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA - Hybrid 1 day in office**

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Projects and be part of a major digital up lift and transformation currently underway.

**Duties Include**:

- Team/s daily standup to manage project tasks coordination to pull work and update each task and project based on the teams' inputs.
- Coordinate project activities such as a calendar of work, resource tracking and tracking deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation using Azure DevOps and PPM Tool as required.
- Assist with meeting coordination, facilitation, meeting minutes and follow-up on actions to support the projects and program delivery.
- Collaborate with a wide rant of stakeholders and build and maintain these relationships whilst working with the team/s on the delivery of assigned projects.
- Assist with developing reporting of team performance, forward schedule of work, calendar maintenance and any other communication, and records management required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to effectively multi-task with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the projects being worked on by the team/s you support meet the commissions' standards and goals.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead, guide and delegate tasks to workers
- Goal-driven, determined, able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and performing digital administrative tasks
- Nice to have Power BI reporting or other data to report related skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
