**The Company**
The company is a well established business that has been operating for over 40 years who import, manufacture & supply specialty products for trade, residential, multi-residential, industrial and commercial projects. Their head office and warehouse is located in Revesby with an additional 11 retail stores across NSW. They describe their working environment as engaging & down to earth and have parking available onsite.

**The Role**
This is an expansion role due to company growth that supports and reports directly into the Shipping Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day shipping & order management of international and domestic products.

**What you'll be doing**
Manage production schedules of both local & overseas manufacturers based on purchase orders & forecasting; arrange & track ocean freight movements & costing from purchase order through to warehouse delivery; ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods; communication with suppliers, forwarders & customs brokers; assist in projects & order management; issue payment & invoicing; database management & administration.

**What's required**
Previous experience in import & domestic logistics; knowledge of purchase/sales contracts, and letter of credits; understanding of forecasting & scheduling; excellent customer service and problem solving skills; attention to detail with accurate data entry skills; organised with the ability to prioritise
