**About Our Client**
As a result of their significant growth and expansion my client are currently recruiting Bakers (Qualified or just experienced) to join their team.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Manager your responsibilities include
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs.
- Mix doughs to specific guidelines and Identify faults in doughs.
- Supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
- Ensures production numbers are met.
- Ensures their plant and equipment is cleaned at the end of shift and (if required) prior to commencing work.
- Always Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery - ensure that Food Safety requirements are met.
- Assisting with stock control and production expenses
- Providing delightful customer service when required

**Skills Required**:

- Qualification as a bakery OR pastry chef highly desirable
- Qualified Baker or experienced in dough making.
- Good technical and practical knowledge of bakery products.
- Current Vehicle License and reliable transport (own vehicle)
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
- Excellent preparation and presentation skills.
- Qualified baking knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively with others.
- Able to efficiently and effectively handle shifting and multiple priorities.
- Ability to use and demonstrate bakery products.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
