**The Client**:
We're currently working with a household name client that is looking for a Instructional Designer to be responsible for the development of learning materials to support a defined learning curriculum within their CRM program of work and for supporting the Program Learning lead in the deployment of learning to impacted stakeholders across their Asia Pacific operations. Initially offered as a 6-month contract the role has potential for future extension following the program.

**The Role**:
You will work closely with cross-functional partners and SME's to design and develop high quality learning content that supports established learning outcomes, and ensure congruity between system design and learning materials, both for instructor led courses (face to face or virtual) and self-directed learning materials.

Reporting into the CRM Program Learning Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the deployment of tailored learning materials to support the CRM transformation program of work being delivered across six Asia Pacific countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the various products and solutions sold by the client.
- Support the development of the persona-based learning journey across defined business personas.
- Localise these courses for the clients offshore offices as needed
- Incorporate relevant learning activities and case studies into the formal learning programs, to support learning and skills retention.
- Manage courseware development schedules.
- Conduct reviews of the learning with relevant stakeholders and updates as required.
- Support the development of facilitators and business SMEs Train to deliver these programs, including co-facilitation.
- Evaluate existing course materials for reuse.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Ideally with a degree, else with relevant working experience in Training fields in courseware development and delivery.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in a learning function, with at least 1-2 years in courseware development for both instructor-led and self-directed learning.
- Experienced in using tools in courseware development, ie MS PowerPoint, and e-courseware development tools such as Articulate or similar tools.
- Fluent in current and emerging adult learning theories and experienced in using courseware development models.
- Strong English language capability in both spoken and written are required.
- Strong learning development capability.
- Ability to facilitate learning in a virtual and classroom environment.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written presentation.
- Organised, systematic and logical in courseware development work and event scheduling.
- Detail oriented, analytical and able to work independently.
- Team player with good engagement skills at all levels.
