**Role**

As an Assistant Manager, you will be required to perform all required management obligations. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway® brand awareness and be a brand ambassador. This is a hands-on role and will require someone with a passion for food.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective guests to promote sales
- Opening & closing of the store
- Assist in managing costs associated within the restaurant
- Completion of daily & weekly reporting
- Assisting in leading and developing the team of Sandwich artists
- Reporting directly to the Store Manager

**Skills required**:

- Leadership experience
- Experience in hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Operational knowledge of food safety, work place health and safety provisions and policies related to the fast-food industry.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
