**About the role**:
You will be working closely with our amazing teams in stores to develop and execute The Yiros Shop’s mission of providing the best food and service to our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the **Restaurant Manager**, which includes:

- Leading the restaurant team with the Restaurant Manager, encouraging a positive and collaborative workplace equally across the store.
- Responsible for the day-to-day shift running of the store.
- Leadership in standards and behaviours consistent with reinforcing The Yiros Shop values and culture by modelling supportive behaviour.
- Ensuring high-quality food is served by following Hygiene and Food Safety standards.
- Outstanding customer service is always provided to our customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of supporting employee relations.
- Responsible for stock ordering/supplies
- Supporting training, coaching and developing with your team on company and training standards.

**About YOU**:
You must have experience as an **Assistant Manager** within the hospitality industry. Highly required, is a positive attitude.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
