Seaford, Australia Delight Care Services Full time

We are looking for compassionate and empathetic support workers looking to make a difference in peoples lives. **You MUST have experience**_**with participants that have high needs and complex behaviour including participants with ABI, must have good communication skills. (preferable Female)**_

For this role you need:

- Cert III or Cert IV in Disability or relevant qualification* and/or equivalent experience;
- Current police check (less than 6 months old);
- Working with Children Check;
- Current First Aid level 2;
- Current CPR (annual);
- International police check (if applicable);
- Consent to a DWES check
- A positive, reliable, empathetic and proactive approach with a genuine desire to work with people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
- Completed or willing to complete NDIS workers orientation model.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 30/01/2025
