**Disability Support Worker**
- Work with a supportive team that values open communication

We’re looking for support workers to work regularly, consistent shifts and build long-term relationships.

**The role may involve**:

- Assistance with community access
- Some personal care
- Transportation, social engagement & appointments
- Light domestic duties - meal preparation and cleaning
- Behavioural and mental health support
- Professional or life experience supporting someone with a disability
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Flexible availability. Shifts are morning, afternoon and sleepovers 7 days a week.

**You will need to have**:

- Experience managing and responding to difficult/challenging behaviours
- Good to excellent Verbal and Written skills
- **Current First Aid**:

- **Current CPR**:

- **NDIS employment screening check**:

- **Working with children check - Employee**:

- Medication administration certificate
- Right to work in Australia
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinations and Boosters
