**About the role**

We have a fixed term opportunity for a Specialist - Planning & Performance until 28th February 2025.

Are you a data specialist who is looking for a development opportunity or short-term project to get stuck into?

For this opportunity, we’re seeking a data specialist who can transform our already built long term planning models into predictive modelling. We want someone who loves experimenting, automating, and integrating a range of data points to help us predict the future of Customer Service. Consider this a short-term transformational project with a long-term benefit.

Based in our Balcatta office, you’ll be responsible to lead and control the design, development and maintenance of Customer Service strategic long-term workload, requirements and labour modelling across all Customer Service channels, that provides the insights and information for cascade business unit planning.

**What the role will involve**
- Develop long term plans and forecasts for Customer Service to meet customer demand targets and strategic section targets
- Develop integrated planning models for the Customer Service business unit
- Develop workload requirement modelling across all customer channels to feed into Workforce Optimisation delivery planning
- Provide insights through developed forecasting models
- Critically analyse known Customer Service business impacts from internal and external variables to influence performance enhancement uplift
- Develop and maintain the required relationships with relevant external business unit representatives to acquire meaningful datasets of external influencing factors to feed into the Customer Service forecast.

**About you**
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, science (Data Science) or related field
- Extensive experience in Customer Service channel forecasting (customer and non customer facing)
- Substantial experience in long term strategic channel forecasting, including financial/budget planning and labour modelling
- Extensive experience in customer service technologies including contact centre telephony and workforce management software
- Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement to collect relevant information to feed into planning and forecasting
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills
