**The Opportunity**:
Join our team as the HSE Manager and play a crucial role within our Southern Region. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Regional General Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to support the effective management of Health, Safety, Environment. In this standalone role, you will collaborate with branch managers across multiple sites in Adelaide, Victoria, and Tasmania, providing mentorship and guidance. Your self-discipline and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth implementation of processes, while your expertise in managing workers' compensation claims, rehabilitation process and conducting incident investigations will be invaluable in fostering a culture of safety excellence.

**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum 3 years' senior workplace HSE experience
- Tertiary qualification in HSE
- Strong knowledge of OHS and Environmental legislation (multiple states preferred)
- Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation claims management experience
- Proficient in Safety Management & Environmental Systems
- Excellent organizational skills, deadline-driven
- Proactive in customer service/satisfaction
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Passionate about HSE and continuous improvement
- Motivated to engage teams and cultivate safety culture
