We are looking for a medical secretary WITH EXPERIENCE to join our specialist practice.

We are a Plastic Surgery Practice based in Sydney’s North Shore (St Leonards).

You will be provided with above award rate remuneration. the hourly rate ($33-$38 m/hr + Super contribution) will be based upon your prior experience.
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- **At least 1 year experience as a medical secretary (in a SPECIALIST practice)**:

- Be familiar with Shexie medical software (or similar equivalent)
- Bubbly personality
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm if working under pressure
- Honest, responsible, respecting the confidentiality & privacy of patient information & records
- Responsibilities:_

Greeting patients in person and on the phone in a pleasant manner

Creating patient files and updating information (incl. scanning)

Making appointments for consultations

**Experience Medicare/DVA & Health fund billing**

**Location**:

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
