This role reports to our founder, who is committed to regular coaching and guidance with regard to your professional development.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Bookkeeper who understands basic accounting principles with strong Xero experience. You will be working with the Finance Coordinator, an offshore Bookkeeper and an external accountant. The role is 20 hours a week across, Monday to Friday, within business hours. To maximise induction and familiarity for the initial duration, approx. 30 hours a week is to be anticipated.

**Key requirements**:

- Monthly reports
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS to the external accountant
- Work across multiple entities
- Payment of invoices and issuing of invoices
- Monthly journals
- Process timesheets and payroll
- Work with multiple currencies
- Responding to all queries in a timely manner
- Assisting in the preparation of financial and management reports
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks

**Skills and Experience**:

- Accounting background desired
- Essential Xero experience
- Clear strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Superior time management and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills with the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accuracy, good judgment and integrity
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with high customer services orientation (internal-external)
