**About the Company**
The EWPA (Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia) is the Not-for-Profit peak body for rental companies, manufacturers, suppliers, end-users, trainers, and specialised support services.

The EWPA supports its members to provide a safe and skilled workforce, whilst assisting with safety and compliance requirements through training and resources. The head office has its own RTO whilst also supporting the Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) and the Telescopic Handlers Association (TSHA).

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit, collaborative, and supportive team.

**About the Person**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Forwarding phone calls to relevant departments
- Greet & liaise with visitors & couriers
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions & manage office supplies
- Update & manage the CRM System
- Complete general administrative/reception duties & ad hoc tasks

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in a customer service, reception, or administration role
- The ability to communicate well, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and form good working relationships
- A high-level initiative and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite
