Maneon Pty Ltd is a Closed Panel Timber Frame manufacturer in Western Australia, employing DfMA and automation (Weinmann - HOMAG equipment from Germany).

Due to continued growth, increased production and expansion plans we are currently seeking trade qualified Industrial Mechanical Fitter for a permanent factory role.
- Organize and/or provide equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Read and understand hydraulic, electronic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings, diagrams and technical specifications.
- Manage general maintenance of machines maintaining good relationship with machine supplier.
- Provide general maintenance to workstations power, pneumatic & hand tools and equipment.
- Maintain CNC machinery, manual machines, conveyor tables, if required install and commission.
- Maintain auxiliary systems to production line including dust extraction systems, vacuum lifting systems, material handling systems, if required install and commission.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and reinforce critical spare parts store and inventory.
- Participation to CAPEX decision about equipment use, maintenance, modification.
- Design, procure, install, and integrate custom manufacturing equipment.
- Participate and provide equipment/mechanical solution to best production results.
- Use manual mill & lathe as required.
- Welding repairs.
- Calibrating machinery.
- Planned & preventative maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualification
- Ability to work under pressure in machine breakdown scenarios.
- Experience as a maintenance fitter, industrial mechanic, or industrial mechanical fitter
- Maintain electronic maintenance records using a computer.
- Fluent German speaker desirable to communicate with vendors and read some specifications and GUI's
- Ability to research problems and find solutions online using initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Team player with production staff essential
