St Andrews Lutheran Aged Care specialises in personalised aged care services focused on individual wellbeing and an enriched quality of life. 24 independent living units are located on landscaped grounds within its stunning Tallebudgera Valley setting. Home care services support the local community. Nearby is St Andrews Residential Aged Care facility.

**About the role**:
As the Manager of Supported Living, you are an integral member of leadership in an inter-disciplinary team that delivers high quality, evidence-based, person-centred care, and support. The role develops and delivers the strategic growth of the Retirement Village, Home Care, Allied Health, and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) business streams.

You will be supported by strong team both locally and centrally, and you will have the autonomy to lead the service. Your leadership will ensure the Service meets regulatory and organisational requirements, whilst achieving long-term financial viability, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and the community.
