**The role**

Engineering and Facilities Management is the engine room that keeps us going, a dynamic team that supports the operations of Crown hotels and resorts. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated leader to join the Engineering and Facilities Management department as an **Electrical Maintenance Manager**.

As an Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership and expertise in all electrical matters at Crown Perth as well as manage the electrical operations of the Engineering team. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Crown Perth low voltage and high voltage electrical systems while ensuring compliance of electrical works and systems. You will be the single point of contact to all electrical contractors onsite engaged to conduct electrical maintenance.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Proven electrical maintenance management experience in an industrial or large commercial setting at a senior level
- Demonstrated operational management experience
- Ability to manage and lead a team of electricians
- Willingness to periodically carry out the duties of an electrician in the team environment
- Willingness to manage electrical contractors undertaking maintenance and upgrade projects
- Technical knowledge and experience across a wide range of electrical systems and equipment
- Deep understanding of the technical and legal obligations associated with the maintenance of electrical systems
- Experience in dealing with and resolving compliance issues related to Electrical systems
- This role will require you to act as the nominated electrician on behalf of Crown Perth in accordance with code and legal requirements

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll be required to have:

- Attain and hold a high voltage operator ticket
- Hold a Current Electrical License
- Experience with high voltage systems
- Experience with light dimming systems, network cabling and emergency lighting test systems
