**The role**
Crown Towers Perth is the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Western Australia. As a **Front Office Clerk**, you’ll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every check-in and check-out is seamless and memorable.
This **part-time position** offers **48-76 hours per fortnight**, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:
- Deliver exceptional check-in and check-out services
- Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
- Process accommodation payments with accuracy and care
- Create joyful moments through genuine guest interactions
**About you**
You’ll bring the following:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel operations
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in their work
**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you'll:
- Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- Be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
