**About the Program**: Lockheed Martin Australia is the Prime Contractor for the F-35A Training Services in Williamtown.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Role Overview: As an Information Assurance Engineer, you’ll lead the development and management of hardware engineering and cyber capabilities, guiding teams and supporting governance and policy. Your responsibilities will include:

- Capability development (People, Process, Tools, Training)
- Hardware engineering and cyber resource management
- Program delivery, Bids, and Proposal support
- Tailoring policies and processes for hardware engineering and cyber
- Mentoring staff and driving functional development initiatives
- Ensuring a positive workplace culture and managing performance reviews

**About you**:

- With a strong Cyber/ICT background, you’ll support teams to achieve their goals. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (computer science, software engineering, etc.) and/or relevant experience (eg defence) is preferred.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
