**The Role**
Support workers will be required to have commitment to an ongoing roster, experience working with clients with high complex physical needs and experience using alternative methods of communication such as eye gaze communication.

Components of the supports include
**full personal care, community access, peg feeding, medication administration, manual handling, and willingness to undergo provided epilepsy training.**

- Scoresby, Dandenong & surrounding regions
- **Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- **12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker**:

- **Experience working with clients with high complex care needs**:

- **Relevant tertiary qualification**:

- **Medication Administration Certificate**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Driver’s License & Car
