We are looking for an HR Manager to join an award-winning nursery and garden centre located in Essendon. Join Poyntons Nursery a one-stop destination for all gardening needs that is complemented by a café that offers seasonal menus and breathtaking views. Poynton's Nursery also provides a fabulous range of current trends in homewares, giftware and furniture.

Work within a successful group of professionals who pride themselves on providing their knowledge, advice and passion for all things Horticultural.

We are looking for an HR Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role. This is a permanent part-time role with an attractive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus super, pro rata. This role offers flexibility on working days.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Management of employee contracts
- Compliance reviews
- Employee handbook on policies
- Job descriptions
- Team building and training
- Personal Coaching
- Leadership training
- At least 5 years of experience
- Hold a Qualification in HR Management and training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead a team and develop a positive culture
- Problem-solving skills
- Organisations skills
- Great communication skills
