As a Strategy & Analytics Manager, you'll be leading cross-functional projects to discover valuable insights that will guide strategic decisions. In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the strategy for our Collections division, analysing portfolios and using your insights to drive improved performance. - Key Details:
- Location | Melbourne CBD- As a Strategy & Analytics Manager you will:
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis to guide strategic decisions and optimisation opportunities-
- Develop data models, dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions-
- Design and deliver reports to analyse business functions, key operations and performance metrics-
- Manage process improvement projects-
- Drive successful data insight initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders-
- Drive innovation and improvement within business function-
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement- Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience within similar role-
- Experience working directly with clients and providers-
- Outstanding Analytical skills-
- Ability to analyse data and implement change through this data-
- Sound knowledge of Power BI, Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. SQL, SAS)-
- Sound business acumen-
