**About The Careers Department**

The Careers Department is an Australian technology company redefining how students explore careers, employers engage future talent, and schools deliver career education. Trusted by hundreds of schools nationwide, we’re building the tools that make career development more accessible, engaging, and informed.

**The Role**

**We're looking for a proactive and relationship driven School and support manager** to support our growing network of school clients.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to streamline onboarding, improve support documentation, and create an experience that makes educators feel supported and confident using our platform.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Run program demonstrations with schools.
- Visit schools to work directly with teachers and students.
- Troubleshoot account and access issues, guide users through platform features, and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Identify recurring queries and contribute to improving our help centre articles, onboarding guides, and internal support workflows.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure schools have a smooth and engaging experience from first login through to full implementation.
- Bring the voice of the customer to internal discussions—providing feedback that helps shape product updates and support processes.

**About You**
- You’re a natural communicator—clear, friendly, and patient.
- You’ve worked in a support, customer service, or education-facing role before and love helping people solve problems.
- You’re organised and responsive, able to juggle multiple queries without letting quality drop.
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering support that’s accurate and helpful.
- You’ve worked with Intercom, HubSpot, or helpdesk/CRM tools before.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
