The role:
Provide consistent high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Provide empathic customer service to all customers

and stakeholders whilst balancing competing demands in a high-volume work environment.

Handle customer data and information with confidentiality

Maintain accurate records and databases in the inhouse systems

Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current

spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.

Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team

Skills/Experience

You will often be the first point of contact. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.

Strong and accurate date entry skills

Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office Suite, ie Outlook and Teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mentone, VIC 3194: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
