We are looking for **qualified Personal Care Assistants **to join our Care team** **and support our clients in **Balnarring, Somers & Crib Point**. The team will provide a range of services to ensure that our clients can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

- Providing personal care
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.

**Skills and Experience**:
You will be first and foremost a compassionate, friendly and a patient person. You will genuinely have the drive to make a positive impact in people's lives.

**In joining the team, you must have**:

- **Must have Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability**:

- Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- ** Have your own reliable transport and a Victorian driver's license**.**
