**About the Role**
Arcare is looking for a Residence Manager to provide strong leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements as guided by Arcare. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the 75 bed residence.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
- Registered Nurse Division One (desirable)
- Demonstrate financial accountability
- Authentic and passionate leader who values team development
- Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
- Effective communicator who develops meaningful relationships easily
- Oversee quality care and promote effective business acumen skills
