Part Time Payroll Officer

Leading the way in medical research to support people in need, they are seeking an experienced part time Payroll Officer to join their team and take ownership of the payroll function.
As they continue to expand their services across WA and contribute internationally to developing world leading medical solutions, this organisation has a clearly define growth strategy to meet the needs of their clients and the community.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the duties will include:
- End to end monthly payroll of 100+ employees
- Fortnightly payroll for casual employees
- Processing all payroll entitlements including penalties, leave and overtime
- Managing all payroll queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining and ensuring all employee records accurate and up to date
- Management of salary sacrifice agreements
- Processing payments including terminations, bonuses and travel expenses
- PAYG, Superannuation and FBT payments
- Enhance payroll processes and document standard operating procedures
This role is suited to an experience payroll officer who is seeking a part time position and can offer flexibility to ensure the monthly payroll is processed in a timely manner.
To be a successful part of this team you must have excellent attention to detail, take pride in your work and have excellent interpersonal skills whilst being outcome focused.
