**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and Responsible Business this role will provide leadership and support in all aspects of WHS. This includes:

- Act as the safety partner to your own regional and front-line leaders
- Drive improvement through strong collaboration with stakeholders
- Promote and support the development of a proactive safety culture
- Ensure that the business meets all WHS legislative requirements
- Multi-site VIC remit (metro and regional)
- This role is designed to be present and visible within our business

- Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of WHS minimum)
- 3+ years’ experience in a designated WHS role
- Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
- Demonstrated experience in injury management, including Worker’s Compensation and Claims Management
- Current and valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
