Business Traineeship

**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking a motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Business Trainee. The primary responsibility of the **Compliance Officer **is to provide oversight of the onboarding, registration, auditing and quality control of the EPH subcontractor network. To fulfil their primary responsibility the Compliance Officer will be required to work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure all assigned responsibilities are fulfilled and obtain developmental training from the National Compliance Manager. You will be required to work **Monday - Friday** 40 hours a week either **7am to 4pm** or **8am to 5pm**.

**About you**:

- Outstanding **written **and **verbal **communication
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship
- Drivers licence and car preferred
- White card essential

- Follow OHS policies and procedures
