**OUR NEXT AMAZIING REGIONAL MANAGER...**

Reporting to the General Manager of Retail, you will provide inspirational leadership, training and development and drive sales whilst delivering AMAZING at every touch point.
- You have experience in a fast-paced multi-site role and leading a region with a minimum of six to ten stores
- You are committed to driving sales, developing your team and have a strong visual merchandising skill set
- You have excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving-solving ability along with a proactive and analytical decision-making approach
- You are a strong operational leader with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to streamline retail processes and procedures

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Employee relations, performance management and ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Succession planning and strategic recruitment with a focus on creating an environment which fosters team retention
- Coaching and developing our awesome Store Managers to ensure success in all aspects of their role
- Drive amazing customer experiences across your region
- Monitoring and control of all commercial aspects in your region incl. wage & cost management
- Impactful store visits which leave your team & customers inspired
