**The Opportunity**:
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Executive Level 1 Endpoint Manager within Digital Customer Services Branch.
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) provides ICT services via a shared services model to the Australian Parliament House (APH) and to more than 5000 people who work for the parliament. This includes supporting the ICT needs of all parliamentarians and their staff and the parliamentary office locations across Australia. ISD also provides ICT services to the other parliamentary departments: Department of the Senate, Department of the House of Representatives, Parliamentary Budget Office, and the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intune professional to join our dynamic team as the Endpoint Manager.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Intune experience
- Azure and other cloud technology experience
- Technical Skills in Scripting and Automation
- Experience with Device Management
- The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (Confidential/Highly Protected/Secret) security clearance.

**Immediate supervisor**:Assistant Director, Endpoint Operations
Under limited/general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the Parliamentary Executive Level 1 classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Provide a high level of technical expertise in the end point environment with particular focus on Intune and mobile device management solutions.
2. Provide expert advice and lead the maintenance of specific ICT platforms, including software configuration for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
3. Ensure compliance with ICT Security requirements, establish processes, and maintain repeatable patterns for consistent system administration. Optimise efficiency through smart habits.
4. Undertake complex and sensitive work, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
5. Provide mentorship to junior colleagues and execute strategies for staff and skills succession planning.
