With a client base developed over 20+ years, Melbourne Marble & Granite specialises in the fabrication of custom stone benchtops across Victoria. We pride ourselves in maintaining strong relationships within the industry and nurturing a collaborative approach with clients as well as with our employees.

Now, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Stonemason to join our team in Bayswater North VIC.

This role is responsible for all aspects of stone fabrication including but not limited to gluing, polishing, lifting, modifying, cutting, shaping and repairing.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to find specifications
- Experience in handling a range of materials such as marble, granite, quartzite, mineral surface, porcelain
- Cutting and shaping stones using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Punctual, honest, and reliable
- Involvement in all aspects of the fabrication process
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Good communication skills
- Care for workmanship and equipment
- Team-oriented & positive attitude.
- Eager to upskill

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
