**What this opportunity involves**:
Join JLL as our Retail Manager for this thriving, transformed development that is home to 30+ retailers and includes a newly refurbished office building based in Fortitude Valley. The onsite team also oversee the management of 2 additional retail sites.

You’ll hold lots of energy and passion to deliver the centres business plan objectives ensuring we’re operating to the highest level of retail property principles - to improve sales and foot-traffic and return on investment to the owner.

Providing superior client service, fostering, and maintaining tenant relationships, managing lease expiries, and focusing on active tenant retention

Ensuring staff and contractors are complying with WH&S requirements

Working in conjunction with our Marketing Manager on marketing strategy

Preparing agenda and minutes for regular client or team meetings

Ensuring staff and contractors are complying with WH&S requirements

Assisting the Centre Manager with monthly rental collections, arrears, and preparing reports

Ensuring that tenancy schedules are accurate, correct and updated as required

Assisting the Centre Manager with the implementation of the business plan, income and expenditure budget

You have prior property experience in retail/ shopping centres (highly sought after, but not essential), and you love a challenge holding a tenacious and resilient attitude. Ultimately, you have the perfect blend of ambition and ability.

A high level of independence will be required, a proactive work approach as well as strong team orientation.

Proven financial capabilities as well as strong communication skills (written and verbal) will see you thrive in the role.

Combining the above with a genuine passion for retail will ensure you go far during the next chapter of your career.

A Real Estate Licence/ QLD Sales Certificate is required.
