The Opportunity

An opportunity has now presented itself for a highly experienced Team Leader to come in and join our team based in Mill Park.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for liaising with warehouse operators & production employees to ensure daily dispatch objectives are met at stated quality and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operates as a warehouse employee in a very hands-on role while supervising others
- Cooperates with Logistics Manager and warehouse operators to ensure optimum warehouse performance in accordance with requirements
- Motivating warehouse employees, while promoting a positive team environment
- Accurately receipting deliveries of stock and materials into ERP system
- Provide feedback to the Logistics Manager on daily operational performance
- Forklift driving (counterbalance)
- Picking/wrapping/labelling/loading orders
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness

Working Hours

Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm

Availability for an occasional Saturday shift in busy periods as required

Please note that overtime work may be required and will be paid accordingly

Skills Required
- Extensive experience as a warehouse floor operator (Minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in warehousing
- LF Forklift License
- Computer literate
- Proficiency with MYOB (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to motivate staff members to reach goals

**Role Type**:

- In-house - Permanent - Full-time - Mid-Senior Level

**Pay Rate**:

- 30 AUD - 40 AUD (Hour)
