ABOUT THE POSITION

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their retail career.

The position will have you working with the management team on all areas of the store's management and ensuring standards are upheld and practices conducted in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of store results by maximising the sales and profit through effective management of people, stock and controllable expenses. Duties Include:

  • Managing and overseeing store operations
  • Maximising sales and profit for the store
  • Meeting set KPIs and Company objectives
  • Set up and implement develop plans for the team
