Our NSW Health client is looking for a part time receptionist to join their team. You will become the face of the service in this position and will need to provide the best customer service experince each time. You will be roster a month in advance and work 2 to 4 shifts a week, this service also has mobile sites within Sydney Local Health district and you will be asked to cover shifts once you are full trained.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Running the front reception desk.
- Answering phone calls and making call to patients
- Assisting patients with paperwork
- Making future bookings for patients appointments
- Assisting clinical staff with administration duties as required.

**About you**:

- Enjoy working with people and delivering the best service
- Good computer skills
- Friendly phone manner
- Previous experience as first point of contact for people in an office environment.
