**Position Details**:

- Job Title: Experienced Venue Manager
- Employment Type: Full-time contract
- Availability: Non-negotiable requirement for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and exceed financial targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest needs are met.
- Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.
- Manage event planning and execution, working closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes and exceed expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to analyze financial reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge of event coordination and execution.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
