South Yarra, Australia Damstra Technology Full time

Company Description

Damstra Technology is an ASX-listed Australian provider of integrated workforce management solutions, serving multiple industry segments across the globe. Protecting and connecting everything that is important in our customer’s world is the ethos that runs true in everything that we do.

We develop integrated hardware and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for our customers in industries with large worksites where safety and compliance are of utmost importance. Our biggest strength as a business is our extraordinary people and superior product suite. With offices in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and Denver, US, we are on a continuous path of growth, transformation, learning and expansion.

**Job Description**:
We are now looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join us 3 days a week (or 4 short days), to support the business in achieving its goals. We have a talented and dedicated team here at Damstra, and the role of the People and Culture department is to create and maintain best practices around people and culture. We aim to build an environment where people bring their best to work and where we remove barriers for success.

On a practical level, this means you will be leading and supporting initiatives around talent and recruitment, learning and development, the employee experience, wellbeing, performance, communication, ER, compensation and benefits. You will be a trusted partner and provide coaching and guidance on anything people related. It is a true generalist role where no two days are the same.

Reporting into the Head of People and Organisational Development, you will work in a tightknit team spread across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. You will have an opportunity to learn on the job, from your colleagues, as well as sharing your knowledge and experience with the team.

**Qualifications**:
Damstra is a business in flux, so adaptability, resilience and a positive attitude will help you be successful in this role. We are on a growth path where we have the opportunity to build something great, but also meet challenges along the way as we are navigating our growth and expansion journey. Therefore problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, attention to detail and teamwork is essential.

Some HR experience will be required for this role. Having a solid working knowledge of contemporary people policies and best practice is ideal, so is a good understanding or behavioural science principles, current HR/People trends and the Fair Work Act. Experience in the tech industry is desirable but not a must. A solid business acumen is extremely helpful.

Additional Information
**What we offer**:
Damstra Technology is a truly diverse, inclusive and collaborative organization that lives and breathes its core values; Team Work, Always Safe, Trusted Partner, Focused Agility and Can-Do Attitude. As an organisation we are extremely proud of our people and their contributions.

We offer career opportunities and a number of benefits, including work from overseas, flexible and hybrid work policies, employee incentive programs (cash and shares), purchased leave, unlimited LinkedIn Learning access, training and more.

This is a great opportunity to join a knowledgeable, friendly and supportive team.

Sounds like a good fit for you?

**_ Damstra Technology is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion. _
