Community Kinders Plus Inc. is an early years management organisation that is responsible for the enrolments and service delivery at 27 kindergartens across three councils. We're a not for profit that prides itself on providing high quality early education.

**Work Days of the Role**

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with one Monday each term

**Description**
- Overseeing the implementation of policies and programs and in conjunction with the Leader of Pedagogy and Nominated Supervisor at each service
- Ensuring that services are operating in compliance with the National Legislation and are of high quality
- Mentoring teachers and educators in pedagogical practices in order to improve outcomes for children.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Competency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidentiality, sensitivity, and integrity across all aspects of the role
- Exceptional capacity to work in relational and trauma informed ways with a variety of people
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be comfortable working in a changing and fast paced working environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative & flexibility, as well as cooperatively as part of a team and manage own workload.
